This Lifetime Workmanship Warranty demonstrates our confidence in our manufacturing standards and our commitment to your training success.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If your FLATROPE fails to perform due to a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Covered Issues:
– Manufacturing defects in rope construction
– Defective handles or handle materials
– Structural failures in the flat mesh center
– Faulty stitching or assembly
– Material defects affecting rope performance
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
– Normal wear and tear from regular use
– Use on abrasive surfaces including concrete, asphalt, or rough outdoor terrain
– Improper storage or care
– Modifications or alterations to the product
– Accidents, misuse, or abuse
– Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance
– Lost or stolen products
How to File a Warranty Claim
Making a warranty claim is simple:
1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@getflatrope.com with “Warranty Claim” in the subject line
2. Provide Information: Include your order number and purchase date
3. Submit Photos: Send clear photos showing the defect or issue
4. Receive Approval: We’ll review your claim within 3 business days
5. Get Your Replacement: Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement at no cost to you
Important: You do not need to return your defective FLATROPE. Simply provide photos of the issue, and we’ll process your replacement.
Please note that this warranty covers ONE replacement per original purchase.
Shipping:
FLATROPE covers all shipping costs for warranty replacements within the United States only. We’ll send your replacement via standard shipping (4-5 business days).
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.
REPLACEMENT ALLOCATION
Standard Policy: Each order is eligible for warranty replacements based on quantity purchased.
Replacement Tiers:

Important Notes:
- Replacement allocation is per order, not per rope
- Maximum of 5 warranty replacements per order regardless of quantity
- Each replacement must meet warranty coverage criteria
- Replacements are subject to availability of current models
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. FLATROPE reserves the right to inspect products and determine warranty eligibility at our sole discretion.
