30-Day Return (Buyer pays return shipping)
- You may return your FLATROPE within 15 day of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping for returns in this 15-day window.
Condition requirements (Read this part carefully)
- To qualify for a refund, the FLATROPE must be returned in NEW condition.
- If there is any sign of wear & tear, the return is not eligible for a refund.

- If your FLATROPE has been tagged/customized, it is not eligible for return or refund.
