  • We cover return shipping for this 3-day return window.

30-Day Return (Buyer pays return shipping)

  • You may return your FLATROPE within 15 day of delivery.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping for returns in this 15-day window.

Condition requirements (Read this part carefully)

  • To qualify for a refund, the FLATROPE must be returned in NEW condition.
  • If there is any sign of wear & tear, the return is not eligible for a refund.

Tagged / Customized FLATROPE (Final Sale)

  • If your FLATROPE has been tagged/customized, it is not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved and the product is in NEW condition, we will issue a full refund.
  • If the product shows any wear & tear, no refund will be issued.
