2ND FOUNDERS EQUITY ROUND
We’re raising $48,000 for 8% total equity in our 2nd Founders Equity Round.
Participation is in whole units only: 1 unit = $1,500 for 0.25% equity.
The minimum investment is 1 unit ($1,500), and investors can purchase any whole number of units
(e.g., 2 units = $3,000 for 0.5%; 4 units = $6,000 for 1.0%). No odd amounts.
Once all 32 units are filled, the round is closed.
